Utilizing a large cast of friends and family, Tom assembles, and then disassembles improvised musics from various places and times into an intricate map of his own personal landscapes.
Guitars fumble around gloriously, vibes drone on, and voices float in and out on pollen currents. Comprised of nine different movements that prophetically speak of a birth to come (Fumble Star, more on him later) Whoomsical Proclamation is a personal shout-out to the world. It gets pretty cosmic and goopy. Corinna (Tom’s wife) even shows up to sing a song about whales. You’ll just have to see for yourself though, its hard to translate all that vibrational journeying into cold hard text. Whoomsical is about as close as I can get.
